Self-love

This is such a big subject for me and I guess for everyone else. As well as the other things going on in my head and which I've mentioned on this website, this has also a huge impact of our daily lives and the quality of it.

The importance of that is incredibly high. If you don't love yourself it's not only hard for others to do so but also you'll sell yourself under your worth.

Having high self-worth and give you the needed love will not only help you to get an appropriate job but also to get the life you wanna have.

Everything I talk abt here is connected to that and it's so much abt awareness and knowing how to deal with our mind.


Loving yourself has so much benefits but mainly to be happier and more in peace with yourself.


So often we stress ourselves out by living after others expectations instead of fulfilling our own desires.


Self-love can mean different things. It can mean to stay in bed all day and to eat junk food or to go to the gym, be productive and eating very healthy. Whatever is good for you.


If you love yourself it's also easier for ppl to do that too. If you spread negative and dissatisfied energy it's no surprise that you'll get sth like that back.

You're also kind of dependent to others if you can't give yourself the necessary self-love you need.

If that ppl are not in your life anymore it'll be difficult to you to be in a good mood without the approval.

So if you wanna be strong and independent instead of jumping from one relationship into another you need to give yourself the attention and love you search for in others.

Only you can give yourself what you need and fulfill you from deep inside.


Of course we're social creatures and we need contact and other ppl in our lives but if you can't spend time alone without feeling lonely you aren't really independent.



If you've reached that kind of "I'm enough and I don't need anything or anyone" mood it's paradox bcs ppl wanna be around you.

So on both sides it has its benefits.


Even though if you think you can't do things alone you just need to try it.


After that you'll be very proud and have that positive gut feeling that you enjoy your own company.

For example I love to go drink a coffee and sit at a lil restaurant enjoying myself by reading or writing.

Another example would be going outside and taking pictures of yourself. I love to do that and I got confidence right after the first 3 shoots.

Doing things alone makes me feel really good and I feel like many ppl haven't experienced this amazing feeling of independence not yet.

This is the reason why I wanna explain why this has helped me so much and how amazing it can be to be in this kind of mood.

Oftentimes ppl help to make smaller goals and not to burn myself out but I need to heal that wound by myself.

We need ppl in our lives but when it comes to distracting so we don't need to face our emotions we need to stop that it just makes it worst.
