Does it matter?

why we are overcomplicating things and why it doesn't matter at the end of the day.

Sometimes we are so caught up in our heads that we can't enjoy the process anymore of whatever we are doing.

When this happens we loose sense of what actually matters. For ourselves but also for us as humans.

Do we met our needs?

Do we met our standards and our own goals?

We can't predict what the future brings but we can try to make the best of every moment and enjoy our visit on earth.

Offen we think we "should" do certain things. This can help but sometimes this can lead to forgetting to enjoy life.

So when we are asking someone for advice, read a blog or try to understand other people perspectives this can be a pusher or a "I understand you" BUT we can get caught up in things like that.

Listening to ourselves and our heart has been a good lead since always I guess.

So it doesn't matter I think what we do or why we do it but if we enjoy it, help others with it and if we are a good human overall.

As long as we take care of our environment, the ppl we are surrounding with but most importantly ourselves. I think we are safe.

So if someone or me (lol) is telling you what to do. Pause. Does this benefit you in some way? If not it's totally fine to move on.

What matters I think is Love. Giving love and receiving love.

Trying to lighten up other peoples life.

Trying to be a better human and surrounding ourselves with what's good for us.

I don´t know if all this makes sense. But for me it does. Haha. Let me know your thouts about what matters to you personally.

Love <3
