This is all about positivity and why it is so important to by consistent with it.

We all have different circumstances, experiences, characters etc..

But what is it that some people are just more positive?

Are they born with more positivity? Is it genetics? Did they learn it?

Exactly.

Positivity is nothing given even though some are more positive than others. You learn it. And if you don't learn it in your childhood you have to learn it when being an adult.

I am so so grateful that I was able to learn positivity when I was a child. My parents looked on the bright side in hard times and searched for solutions and opportunities. I rarely heard my parents complaining which is amazing. Tbh in my eyes this is hero behavior.

But not everyone has learned the same we all have strength and weaknesses. It's about what we do with them. It is what it is. We can decide to change and how to interact with others. This is so important to learn and grow. Because we influence our environment as well as the people around us and most importantly our thoughts influence our physical body and energy vibration. It's literally unhealthy to think in a negative way.

I think it's necessary to know the mindset rules in order to create good vibes. No one. NO ONE is always positive. Thank god that would be psychotic haha.

We need the downs and the days when we feel like not doing anything and that's fine cause we all have this moments at some points in our lives. But we can decide if we stick to what we want or if we quit.

It's the same with positivity. Positivity is not being surrounded by positive things 24/7. It is taking care of your energy. Taking care of what you surround yourself with but mostly turning negative into positive. And what is even negative right?

ree

But as soon as we learn that through harsh practice we can figure out how to be positive in any situation. You can cry like a damn baby for hours bcs you had a "D" in math or you can say "well next time". Moving on working on why it didn't worked out and improving next time. This is growth and it has nothing to do with punishing ourselves or suppressing our emotions to the point where we can't do anything.

The key is to stand up again and again. If a negative thought arrives. Nevermind. Let it go. Meditation is the key to that. It's not "controlling" your thoughts. It's letting them go and CHOOSING one you want to focus on (mantra also).

Do you choose to focus and busy yourself with that negative thoughts or do you let it go and choose the positive thought. You can also turn that negative thought into a positive thought through reality shifting. It's kind of getting a new perspective on the thought.

Someone canceled? No problem you can do the essay you're procrastinating for hours, watch Netflix, go on a walk outside, do your affirmations, read something educational, watch courses on udemy, meet friends.... etc...

Sure we can wallow in our own sadness but we can also choose to change perspective. Great more "me time".

When we learn how to change our thoughts referring to the situations we can think positive in almost every situation. Sure there are situations where positive thinking is still productive but first you need to cry. Like when someone died physically for example. Sure we can think "wow this makes me strong bcs this person was so important to me" but in that moment you're frkn sad you wanna cry & scream everything out.

Positive thinking is only productive when you let yourself feel your own emotions.

It can help you to get out of a dark place but if you use positivity in a wrong way it can become very toxic.

So when it comes to positive thinking it's not super easy bcs if it would be like that we wouldn't´have so many rich or wealthy people on this earth who are still unhappy compared to the kid in Africa who literally has one bread a day to eat, smiling like there's nothing that can stop him.

It's obvious that we're living a luxury life that this is not self-evident and still we feel those emotions. Why? Bcs we are humans and we feel. We have thoughts and emotions. But we can choose and learn what to do with it.

Why is that kid so happy? Bcs in his head there is no problem. Problems are created this is the most important message we need to know when it comes to positive thinking.

He knows how to shift his mindset. He knows how to smile when shit is burning like hell.

Can we learn that? Sure but that doesn't happen from one day to another. It's work. Why? Bcs in our society it's "important" to consume so we are kind of programmed to think in a lacking kind of way. It's marketing that's what it is. Not good or bad but it is what it is.

But when we choose gratitude (and we can still consume with that) we get this feeling of positivity in our whole body. We are filled with love and gratitude. It's amazing cause being grateful is free, not that hard to learn if you do it consistently and we have 130871084 reasons to be grateful. Think about it. You're reading this on a phone, laptop. Technology humans have created how amazing is that. You are one of the lucky ones that have access to this awesome opportunity. You can create things, learn things with it, you can use it in your daily life with apps. You can literally learn everything if you want.

You probably have housing and food. The simple things we don't even recognize anymore.

I swear on everything if you're doing a gratitude list every morning your life changes after 3 weeks already bcs your mindset starts to change. Your inside reality is what projects on the outside. No matter what the outside is you put your energy and belief systems on it. Think about "Schrödingers Katzenexperiment"

ree

So how do I think positive? If there was an instruction everyone would do it. But the most important part of it is GRATITUDE.

Look around you so many beautiful things to be grateful for <333

Let me know what you think about this on my social media :)
